BERRYfit bootcamp is conducted by trained fitness instructors who provide a challenging, motivating and up-beat atmosphere that is addictive!
Our mission is to strengthen and challenge the body, build discipline, self-confidence, develop teamwork and lift spirits. The training is aimed to be as emotionally challenging as it is physically demanding. Recruits will be taken out of their comfort zone and pushed to their limits in a controlled environment.
What’s involved in a BERRYfit bootcamp session?
It’s camaraderie, team building skills, obstacle courses, nutrition, counselling and more. Every session will be a completely different workout, never predictable, never boring!
A session could include resistance training, cardiovascular exercise such as running, push-ups, sprints, team-building events, stability training, obstacle courses, search and find missions and whatever else it takes to distract you from the fact that you’re getting a great workout!
Where: Mixed local outdoor venues (eg. Edithvale Beach, Mordialloc trails, Chelsea Park etc) How long: Each program runs for 4 weeks What do I need to bring: Comfortable workout clothes appropriate for the weather as we train rain, hail or shine. Shoes that you don’t mind getting wet, a small towel and a bottle of water!
