A little gentler than some of the other Circuits this is great for those who wish to strengthen their muscles, improve their bone density, improve their Core strength, co-ordination, balance and lose those unwanted kilos.
BURN AND TONE
Great for those who want to burn away any unwanted kilos, it helps to tone up all parts of the body and feel fitter and healthier. A medium to high intensity class, incorporating fun and
challenging exercises and a great class to finish with on a Friday!
MUSCLE STRENGTH
One of our most challenging classes. Build up strength, tone your body, improve your overall fitness and challenge yourself more than usual. Prepare to work hard!
FEMALE TOTAL BODY
A class for women, utilizing our entire Personal Training Studio and Circuit area. Each class focuses on different areas of the body with exercises that are designed specifically for women’s needs. It focuses a lot on those common problem areas for women that need a bit of tightening and strengthening. A great way to work on improving your fitness levels.
CARDIO, SPIN AND BOX
Perfect for anyone who wishes to increase their cardiovascular fitness or improve their motivation towards cardio training. Free Weights and Machines are still used along with Spin Bikes and Boxing 1 on 1. You are guaranteed to have your heart pumping and body sweating in this class.
CARDIO BOX
Focused on pushing participants to the limits, working with a lot of boxing with correct technique, weights and incorporating cardiovascular exercises as well. It’s a very popular class for those who struggle to work 100% on their cardio training and is a great stress reliever.
GET FIT
Incorporates new, challenging and enjoyable exercises to keep your body guessing no matter what your training goal.
OLDER ADULTS
A gentler class; it focuses on improving muscle and bone strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, injury rehabilitation as well as overall fitness. With a friendly atmosphere, constant supervision and advice by a trained professional it’s a great way to keep fit, and meet new people.
B FIT 4 FUN
Designed for ages 14-17. It’s fun and educational. It will get you active and motivated by working in a high energy group environment whilst also getting helpful advice on correct technique and the benefits of each exercise to keep you on the right track.
