THE NEW GROUP FITNESS TIMETABLE WILL START ON

 Recently we sent out a survey in regards to our current Group Fitness Timetable.Thank you to those who took the time to complete this with valuable feedback and suggestions. Your feedback is important to us and helps the Berry Fitness team ensure we are achieving our goal of:

Please welcome the NEW & IMPROVED Group Fitness Timetable

CHANGES TO NOTE

  1. NEW 7.30pm I.C.E class on Tuesday and Thursday nights
  2. NEW 7.30pm Pilates class on Monday night
  3. NEW 6.30pm Burn & Tone class on Tuesday night
  4. NEW 11.00am Core class on Friday morning
  5. BOX and BOX-FIT – Two different classes

We hope that these changes mean you are able to attend MORE of your favorite classes and that those who are yet to try our Group Fitness classes jump in and have a go!

Classes are fun, motivating and also a great education tool to learn some new exercises and also about correct technique.
