Brad Berry & Cameron Herrington

Boasting over 30 years of combined experience in the fitness industry both Brad and Cameron remain very hands-on in all aspects of running Berry Fitness Centre. From managing their own set of personal training clients to working on the front desk - even freshening up the paint work when needed, they are both very passionate about offering the best facility possible.

Liesl Burnell

  • Bachelor of Health Science BHSc (Naturopathy)
  • Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness & Personal Training
  • Post graduate Certificate In Higher Education (currently completing)
  • Senior First Aid Certification

Liesl is an experienced, passionate, and enthusiastic Personal trainer, Naturopath, Nutritionist, and Tertiary lecturer. Her passion for health and fitness has motivated her to empower and educate others in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Liesl’s qualifications have allowed her to develop an in depth understanding of nutrition, health, and exercise prescription, which has equipped her with the knowledge and skillsto optimise each clients health and fitness journey.

In addition, Liesl also lectures in Nutrition the Endeavour College of Natural Health, along with teaching Nutrition and Peronal training  at the Chisholm Instiuture of Tafe, where she plays an integral role in educating students studying for their certificate III and IV in personal training.

Darren Jones

I immigrated from Wales in 1994, (hence my accent) where I was a keen sportsman. My chosen sport was soccer where played locally, but I also played rugby in a social league. I naturally gravitated to a career in personal training through my love of going to the gym. I found being physically fit made my self esteem and confidence better and that is something I wanted to share with others.

Since a very young age Sport and Fitness has always been a big part of my life. The variety of activities, people I met and injuries I endured has given me a wide range of experience and knowledge to assist in all aspects of the fitness industry. I'm also the Centre Manager and I specialise in Weight loss, Basketball specific and Core Rehabilitation.

I was inspired to become a certified personal trainer through my own experiences with the Victorian Football League, when I discovered my passion for fitness and helping fellow team mates to meet their health and fitness goals. I am currently an active player for the Frankston VFL.

My goal is to help my clients extend the quality of their lives through health fitness, attitude and vitality by providing them with the very best choices for achieving a permanent lifestyle change, along with the knowledge and skills needed to meet their goals. I strive to give them the very best service possible.

I have been working in the fitness industry for 12 years. My roles have ranged from working gym floor, teaching fitness classes to for the last 7 years as a Personal Trainer at Berry Fitness Centre. I enjoy training every need specializing in weight loss, Running Boot camps, Group Fitness, Kids Classes and pregnancy pre/post.

With fitness and sport always being such a huge part of my own background, I grew up knowing how important diet, health and exercise were to a person's quality of life.

Being involved in a range of different sports meant that training was kept fun, fresh and challenging. It only made sense to bring this much enjoyment and confidence that I get out of exercise to others and stop keeping it to myself!

I love sport, all kinds, and through this came a great interest in keeping myself fit and healthy, this has developed into a passion for helping others achieve their own health and fitness goals.

I specialize in all different types of fitness, from general weight loss and cardio conditioning to sports specific needs and goals.

I am a qualified and experienced trainer for people of all ages, from young children up to older adults, and everything in between. I have a number of years experience in personal training in both Melbourne and Bali.  

I believe it is very important to be physically active for both a sound body and mind. A healthy lifestyle of regular physical activity and a varied healthy diet can become the basis for a more enjoyable, proactive and fulfilled life, not to mention a longer one too!

Kelly Smith

I love fitness and believe everyone should do some form of activity throughout their lives. As well as having Certificates 3 and 4 in Fitness I also teach Zumba, Latin dancing and Salsa.

My aim is to endorse an active life for people in order to get fit and healthy whilst having fun.
