Hi, I’m Archie, a personal trainer and group class instructor at Berry Fitness.
I’ve always had a strong passion for sport and fitness. Growing up, I played a range of sports, but footy and basketball were the ones were my main passion. Alongside that, I’ve always loved gym training and running.
After finishing Year 12, I completed my Certificate III and IV in Fitness and committed fully to helping others improve their health and fitness.
I specialise in functional strength training, with a focus on moving well, building strength, and reducing injury risk. I also work with clients who want to lose weight, build muscle, and make lasting lifestyle changes.
I offer both one-on-one coaching and small group training, with a supportive approach that helps people push themselves and get real results.
