BOX is our complete boxing class with correct technique training, challenging combinations and a focus on power.
This is a great place to start & learn the fundamentals of boxing. With this knowledge, you will then be able to progress through to the most challenging of boxing workouts. In BOX, the focus is on your gloves, the bag and your technique!
Side note; it’s all about the BOX… this class does not include the body weight intervals of BOX|FIT.
