I have always had a strong passion towards mental and physical wellness.Even though I have been practicing Yoga for many years , its actually when Covid happened and I had a wrist surgery my passion for Yoga to build physical stregnth and mental reslience even increased further, Not only Yoga helped me overcome impact of the surgery however helped me getting stronger and flxible at the same time. Thats the time I decided to give back to this community the befits of doing Yoga. I believe it makes you both mentally and o
physically stronger and you do not need a “certain body type” to practice and enjoy it. I love teaching many different forms of Yoga and believe on connecting with your body through your breath.
When i’m not teaching, i’m a full time consultant, helping large organisations in setting up their processes and transforming their operations. I love travelling and spending time with my family and trying to teach them Yoga 🙂
