Are you ready for an interactive, engaging and educational School Holiday Program that is specifically designed to help TEENS physical and mental wellbeing?

Each School holiday program has been carefully put together by our qualified Personal Trainers and focus strongly on guiding TEENS to exercise in a safe and effective manner.

Our programs aim to teach but are also aimed at FUN. This time around we are offering 3 School Holiday Programs to ensure we focus on all aspects of TEEN training!

TEEN BSTRONG

Mondays & Thursdays 1st, 4th, 8th & 11th July @11:45am 

Teen BStrong is designed for 14 to 17 years old to help understand the basics of lifting weights safely!

We will focus on free weights and machine weights ensuring you leave each session with the confidence and knowledge to lift safely and efficiently. Learn new skills and training techniques along with perfecting things you may already know. In this supportive and fun environment everyone is welcome.

Throughout this program our teens will also work on their own individual strengths and power for their own specific sport in order to maximize performance and minimize injury.

 

TEEN BFLEX

Mondays & Fridays 1st, 5th, 8th & 12th July @11:45am 

Teen yoga offers a comprehensive approach to physical and mental well-being, addressing both the body’s need for strength and flexibility and the mind’s need for focus and calm.

Introducing teens to yoga helps them build healthy habits that can last a lifetime. The skills they learn on the mat, such as patience, perseverance, and self-compassion, are transferable to everyday life. Yoga encourages a healthy lifestyle that includes regular physical activity, mental relaxation, and a balanced approach to life’s demands.

In summary, teen yoga is not just about enhancing physical strength and flexibility; it is a holistic practice that supports mental clarity, emotional stability, and overall well-being. By integrating yoga into their routines, teens can navigate the challenges of adolescence with greater ease and confidence.

TEEN BOXFIT

Tuesdays & Wednesdays 2nd, 3rd, 9th & 10th July @11:45am 

Come learn the fundamentals of boxing in this fun, upbeat, safe, controlled atmosphere

This boxing holiday program is designed for TEENS- from the ultimate beginner to intermediate boxing student. You will be learning traditional boxing techniques, heavy bag work, foot work, hand & guard positions with the opportunity to meet new friends with some focus pad, partner work.

Whether you are looking to take up boxing or just looking for something new and exciting to incorporate into your regular workout this class is a great place to start!
