It is a fun, upbeat atmosphere suitable for everyone!  You will be learning or polishing up on traditional boxing techniques, combined with modern day circuit training, body weight exercises, heavy bag work and boxing using weights. Learn proper hand positions, guard positions, boxing techniques and meet new friends with some focus pad, partner work! This class is an awesome combination of Boxing and Fitness & will push you to your limits.
