OLDER ADULTS focuses on improving muscle and bone strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, injury rehabilitation as well as overall fitness. After all, age is just a number!
With a friendly atmosphere, constant supervision and advice by a trained professional it’s a great way to keep fit, and meet new people. Our OLDER ADULTS classes run twice a week, so it’s the perfect way to keep on keeping on. See you there!
