FREESTYLE… is a variety class designed for beginners to intermediates for a full body workout! This high energy circuit class includes it all, encompassing the three major components of fitness; cardio, strength and stretching. Each class has different new innovative exercises, moving from spin bikes, rowers, ropes, dumbbells, kettle bells, barbells, core work, then finishing off with some great stretching techniques.
