Getting to know Tegan
Tegan has been practicing Yoga for over 10 years and loved it so much she decided to complete her Yoga training in 2022.
Tegan is also a Meditation teacher who specalises in mindfulness & is currently studying Breath work to enhance her offerings.
Not to brag but she is also an energy practitioner with skills in reiki & embodiment practices.
Outside the Yoga world, Tegan loves spending time in nature & being with her family. You’ll find her on long hikes and getting salty in the ocean!

Exercise is a form of self love not a punishment. Exercise because you love your body not because you hate it.
