VINYASA YOGA 

VIN – YOGA…  A gentle, basic Vinyasa yoga class with a focus on breath and mindful movement. You will be guided through each asana (pose) in a way that is designed to increase strength, balance and flexibility.  Each class will include pranayama (breath work) and a short guided meditation helping your body and mind to slow down and relax. You will leave this class feeling strong, calm and balanced in body and mind.

YIN YOGA

YIN – YOGA… Yin Yoga is a calming, meditative and reflective practice. Starting with pranayama (breathwork) you will travel through various poses, but they will be held for between 2 -5 minutes. This allows the connective tissues (such as ligaments, tendons and fascia) to slowly lengthen increasing flexibility. This class is suitable for beginners, and seasoned yogis wanting to find a place of stillness.
