Dan specialises in weight loss and strength training, with 10+ years as a PT on the coast. He also brings 20 years of martial arts experience, plus deep expertise in nutrition and muscle building — available for on-site personal training sessions.
Archie specialises in functional strength training — helping clients build strength, move better and reduce injury risk. He offers one-on-one coaching and small group training with a supportive, results-focused approach.
Certified in Cert IV, Boxing Skills and Pre & Post Natal Exercise, Kayleigh brings experience from both the UK and Australia. She runs Mum & Bubs classes and loves helping clients train smarter and feel stronger.
Jake brings energy and a broad background — from powerlifting to calisthenics — to every session. He's currently completing his Cert IV and is passionate about helping members make fitness a part of everyday life.
Teaching since 2017, Vicki brings a calm, breath-focused approach to her Pilates and F.I.I.T classes. She walks the walk — join her on the floor for some fitness fun.
