WEEKEND WORKOUT

Do you struggle to find the motivation to train on the weekends? Can’t make our Group Fitness Classes? Your workout buddy has other plans? You left your brain at work on Friday arvo? Don’t worry, we have all been there! Check out this full body weekend workout. Exercise can be so much easier when someone tells you what to do.. Lucky we are good at that 👍


💥 WARM UP 💥

10 minutes on the treadmill speed 6+ incline of 8%

 

💥 CONDITIONING PHASE 💥

Kettle Bell Lunges x10 reps on each leg (weight of choice)

10 BURPEES

Kettle Bell Squats x10 reps (weight of choice)

10 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

TRX Row x10 reps

10 PUSH UPS

DumbBell Shoulder Press x10 reps (weight of choice)

10 ABCYCLES

💥 REPEAT CIRCUIT 3 TIMES 💥


REMEMBER to push your self through the workout- limit your rest period between each exercise &  rest for no more than 60 seconds between each round. This full body workout requires limited equipment and time, so there are no excuses!
