High-energy indoor cycling set to music that keeps the legs turning. You control your own resistance, so the same class works whether you are chasing a hard session or easing back into cardio. Expect climbs, sprints and recovery blocks.
Boxing-inspired cardio built around punches, kicks and bodyweight work. No contact and no sparring — you work combinations at your own pace. Good for coordination, conditioning and getting rid of a bad day.
Barbell-based strength and cardio working every major muscle group with lighter weight and high reps. You pick the load, so it scales from first-timer to regular.
Trainer-led with a different format every session — functional movement, intervals, mixed equipment. If you get bored easily, this is the one. No two classes are the same.
Short bursts, big output. Best when you are time-poor and want to work hard.
Fast-paced full-body work blending explosive cardio with functional movement. High output for 45 minutes, with scaling options at every station.
Functional Interval Intensity Training — high-intensity bursts alternated with active recovery. Short work periods, and everything can be dialled up or down to suit you.
Build strength that carries into everyday life — barbells, bodyweight and stations.
Compound lifts and conditioning work to build genuine functional strength. Weights are adjusted to you and the trainer walks you through technique — a good entry point if you want to lift but are not sure where to start.
Station-based training rotating through exercises that target different muscle groups. Full-body, time-efficient, and easy to scale — you work to your own capacity at each station.
Interval-style class alternating heavier strength sets with explosive cardio bursts. You get the lifting and the conditioning in the same 45 minutes.
High-intensity circuit combining cardio intervals with strength exercises across multiple stations. Constant movement, short rests.
Bodyweight strength training — pull-ups, dips, push-ups, core, and the progressions that get you there. Every movement has an easier and a harder version, so you start wherever you are and build. No machines, no barbells.
Slower, quieter sessions for mobility, core control and recovery. All 60 minutes.
Core-focused mat work improving posture, alignment and deep muscle control. Slow, precise and deceptively hard. Suitable for all levels and one of the best things you can do for a cranky lower back.
Deep, passive stretching where poses are held for several minutes to release tension through the connective tissue and hips. The quiet end of the timetable — no flow, no heat, just long holds and breathing. Ideal after a heavy training week.
Gentle yoga-inspired movement linking breath to unhurried sequences. Focused on restoration, mobility and winding down. A good Friday evening reset, and a friendly place to start if you have never done yoga.
Gentle, structured and supervised, for members who want to keep moving well for longer.
Structured, gentle exercise designed for older adults, with safety as the first priority. The focus is on what keeps you independent and moving well for longer — balance, mobility, functional strength and confidence. Movements are supported and scaled, the pace is unhurried, and the trainer keeps an eye on everyone in the room. No experience needed.
